I was going through stuff today and ran across a Wilson flag that I had not seen in discussions. Both these jerseys are 1992 49er players. The red jerseys is Eric Davis and he white is Dana Stubblefield.
On the Davis it has the 44 size flag. Under that is a bigger flag with 36. Under that is the date code flag EW , E=1992 and W=September. After looking through pictures of other jerseys that I have owned I came up with the 1992 Stubblefield that has a flag with 38 inch. Is that what the 36 on the Davis means? I looked at all other 49er jerseys and pictures and see this in no other year. Any thoughts?
