We did, by agreement that he would send me a new rack but its been 3 weeks with no rack and he wont reply to emails. Others from here are still waiting for their racks as well.

Well, since no one has gotten the items that they were promised or paid for, I think the admin here needs to ban Royalsfan from any further involvement on this site.
