Rose and Griffey Jr. Doctored Bats eBay

Hi Everybody. A few weeks ago I sold a game issued, unused bat of Pete Rose from 1986-89 to a seller named gotwoodman. He also bought a game unused Ken Griffey Jr. 1986-89 bat from me which has a 4 engraved in the knob. Lo and behold they are back on ebay with alot more use than they had when they were sold. He has used a different screen name for buying and selling in selling it under sports-rock-radio, but it is no doubt the same bat
What steps should I take to get this fraud off of ebay?

Yea, you are correct. I saw both of those bats sell previously and they have both been altered. Pathetic.

I just want everyone to know, I got these bats in trade from a seller I met inperson a few months ago. (i met the person a few months ago got the bats a few weeks ago) I know very little about game used stuff. Im an autograph dealer, not game used seller. I just thought that this user was on the up-n-up and could trust them. The good news is that I only got 3 bats from them. I am glad to know that this site is here and I hope that I am not black bald from using it. I would like to get to know more about bats and I would hope that I could come here for information about them. Now, I have a Brad Wilkerson Louisville sluggar, but it has that under his name. Isnt the shouldnt the team name be there? I know on bats from 1990 and before have that, but he didnt play then. Any light on this bat? Thanks.
