Just leaked from Tampa Bay... although the team itself needs a tweak or two (unfortunate fans of the Rays have never seen their home team finish above 4th place in its 10 year history), it seems to be getting a few different tweaks for the 2008 season. Just leaked to the press, the team will no longer be the "Devil Rays" -- they are going to drop "Devil" from their names and basically be known as simply the Rays (though they have been called the Rays for a while now). They are also going to roll out some new uniforms that feature a brand new color scheme with navy blue as the dominant color and a touch of gold (if you ask me, it's about time...lol). I also hear that the logos and uniform designs have been leaked to the internet, but have not been able to locate a photo of one yet. If anyone has one, please append it to this thread. If worthwhile, I will keep my eyes peeled at the start of the 2008 season...it's always nice to add a 1st year style jersey to the collection!!
