question re: paying for Steiner auctions

If you win an auction, does Steiner send you some kind of prompt to pay, or do they simply bill the appropriate amount to the credit card you use to register?

From my own experience... To register for Steiner auctions, you need to provide a credit card. When you win the auction, the card you registered with is billed and the item is shipped to you. If there is any delay, your card will not be billed until it's ready to ship. You more than likely will not get an invoice and/or do anything else.
