Opinions on O's jersey?

Hello, I am interested in this jersey, can I get other member's opinion on it? I'm a little concerned by the fact that there is no team tagging. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That size seems small for Davis at size 44, and that "V" in Davis looks different from other Davis jerseys.

Yeah I was looking at the V as well. The jersey is currently on auction at Premier Auctions. It's listed as game used.

1) this russell jersey is tagged in the collar. this strongly suggests it's a retail jersey.

2) it's missing the poly tag which again suggests it's a retail jersey.

3) the "v" is a joke, albeit a bad one.

it's an autographed retail jersey.

Two things jump out at me...besides what's already been pointed out:
The letters in "Davis" appear to be too tall, and the front number appears to be too large.
