Help with a Redskins THEISMAN jersey...

I don't know anything about Redskins jerseys, and assumed that this is a replica jersey as the lettering on this Joe Theisman jersey is a little amatuerish but the pro-weight, reinforced sholders and evidence of once-original hem tagging made me question it. Redskins' fans...your help would be appreciated.
