I might get torn up for this. . .however, I wouldn't pay anymore than I would be willing to for a game issued jersey. Too much fraud in MJ's stuff, and a ton of his went to his family. If it came with a COA from his mother, that might be a different story (Might is a pretty big question mark). Even with the Charitabulls COA, I'd still be skeptical. Afterall, would it be tough to purchase another game issued jersey and switch it with the real one?

I guess this would be a good one for me to watch. Personally, I don't care that the schwartz sports one is a championship year jersey. Game issued is game issued to me.

I swear I read once that MJ said he only wore 1 jersey ( of each color) for the whole season.....does anyone else remember that???

Also that stationary is all over the place, tons of fake letters floating around.

For that season, the 72 win year, I think I remember him saying that

Not only that, but I definately remember him saying that "ALL" of his game used jerseys he gave to his family. It was during an interview he gave on the channel the Bulls were aired on.

Certainly some of it has leaked out. I know his mom auctioned some off for the James Jordan Foundation several years ago.

I think last time I mentioned that, I got reamed. People were saying that he would have worn so many jerseys, during his career, that how could all of them go to his family. I'm sure not all of them did. However, if he only wore one jersey of each style all year long, he wouldn't have near the amount that are floating around in the marketplace. Of course lots come with rock solid provenance and COA's. I'll gladly stick my $35,000 in my investment portfolio and let someone else take the risk.

I should also note: I am not saying any of the jerseys mentioned are authentic or fraudulent. I am not an expert in the field of Michael Jordan jerseys or game wear on his jerseys.
