Scenario:
Auction house consigned game used bat.
Bat is authenticated by Auction House Authenticators and LOA provided.
Bat is sold through another auction house
Johnny buys the bat.
Johnny sells the bat to Billy.
Billy sells the bat to Mike.
Mike has solid proof the bat isn't authentic and not game used. Mike wants his money back.
Mikes goes back to Billy for a refund. Billy says it's not his problem.
Who is responsible?
