Current auctions, weak inventory?

of the current auctions running ami, vintage authentics, historic auctions.... what do you think of the overall selection of items? do you think there are less quality items available?

Bad inventory means I don't have to spend any money! I think the lead time is way too long when consigning to these places, might be a reason for the lack of quality. Item goes in two months ahead, auction runs for a month, check goes out two months later. I'd rather get the quick buck either going direct to collectors or on ebay. If it's a quality item it will sell for decent money. Just my opinion!
