Claudell Washington Jersey Question

My friend owns this jersey and has asked me to look into it's value. He got it as a gift nack in the day from the (then) White Sox photographer, Tony Inzirillo.

Anyway...does this appear to be authentic?
What value does this jersey likely hold?

I know someone here has that type of jersey in their collection because I've seen it here before. Maybe do a search and you can find examples.

Beautiful piece too and if I remember correctly, worth a decent amount!

The Washington jersey looks about as good as it gets. The little flag tag stiched into the Capital Ace tag should be washed out from multiple washings. I used to own a road Washington jersey and I sold it for $300.00
