Now this is unique. Never seen a "set four" jersey before. Has anyone else ever come across something like this.

The worst I believe anyone around here has seen was a Vernon Wells Blue Jays jersey, Set 20. There was a thread about it.

But why would there even be a set four jersey for someone who never even wore a set one jersey? Puckett was injured before the 1996 season ever started.
