Any Ideas on this Lynn Swann Jersey?

An acquaintance of mine owns this jersey and was hoping to find out a bit more about what it is. He has owned it for several years, and the letter with the jersey states that it came from Larry Sutton of "Cards N' More" of Long Beach, CA. Sutton got the shirt from former USC Assistant Coach Marv Goux, who Lynn Swann originally gave the jersey to.

I am no jersey expert,Is there any chacneof getting a shot of the front and the tagging inside of the jersey if any.It might help the jersey experts on this fourm
