What's Up with the ManRam Jersey?

The following auction is for a GU ManRam jersey from 2003. It has a MEARS authentication with an A10 grade, however, this was not a team issued jersey, but one that ManRam bought for "retail purposes". It also has the Ramirez COA. Has MEARS authenticated alot of these ManRam purchased jerseys? I know there is a bit of skepticism regarding his purchased 2004 jerseys, but how common are these non-team issued 2003 jerseys?

What I wonder is this: if the 2004 Manny bought jerseys are suspicious in regards to game use, would Mears grade them an A10 because of the MR.com COA? Does an A10 have to show heavy signs of use? Any thoughts?
