      I seem to recall that this bat was discussed before. If it wasnt Thome, it was another player who never played for the Orioles. I know we discussed it though.

          yep, that's it! It was Tino. I knew it was something with a T. Maybe an Orioles fan at LS made a few bats of his "dream team" ?

            You would be surprised how many times we do that. Most the time they don't make it out of the plant. For a while I was understaffed in the Pro bat department so the brander was also packing his own bats. It really hurt our quality control

            Luckily Mr. Thome has a good sense of humor.
