The Gator = Mike Greenwell?

Hello all,
In the most recent Louisville Slugger - Hunt Auction I bought a group of 12 bat dies (used to brand Louisville Slugger bats). One of the 12 says "The Gator". That was Mike Greenwell's nickname. Does anyone have a picture of a bat branded with "The Gator" and attributed to Greenwell (or anyone else)?

I can confirm that Greenwell's nick-name was indeed "Gator," though I couldn't tell you if any of his bats used it The only other player who had the same nick-name that comes to mind would be Gates Brown from the Tigers.

Perhaps a BoSox collector can chime in & help out.

Actually Ron Guidry's nick name has always been "Gator".

it was Phil Rizzuto who gave Guidry the more publicised nickname "Louisana Lightning"

Guidry hates that name because it so long and till this day still prefers Gator.

Ever during press conferences with Torre, he would always refer to Guidry as Gator.
