Good question...however, I've never seen anyone wear a helmet during BP. Not to say people don't but I've never seen or noticed it, usually its just a hat or nothing. I mean its BP, not like Clemens is head hunting up there.

John Olerud is the only one I think might fit this bill....
I remember Pat Borders during his brief tenure as a Cardinal wearing
his catching helmet while taking BP.

Nobody else stands out in my mind.

Some do, some don't!
