Thoughts about this Orioles jersey?

Just saw this on ebay. My knowledge of Orioles stuff doesn't extend back to the 1950s, so I have no idea whether it's legit. I spent about 20 minutes searching for photos of old O's jerseys but wasn't able to find anything very helpful. I'm somewhat dubious about whether it's authentic, primarily because (1) the description of how the seller came to possess the jersey is confusing, and (2) it doesn't appear that Bob Musgrave ever played in the big leagues. I thought someone here might be able to drop some knowledge on me.

Musgrave was DRAFTED by the O's in 1957:

If indeed this was a legit O's gamer, it would have been worn by some rookie infielder by the name of Brooks Robinson, however, the O's jerseys did not look like this in 1957, 1967 or anytime inbetween.

Is it possibly a minor league O's jersey that Musgrave gave to this seller......who knows.

I saw that he was drafted by the O's, but I wasn't able to find any pictures showing the Orioles wearing this style of jersey. Your post saved me several hours of banging my head against the wall while continuing to search. Much appreciated.
