Hello.
I am new here so my first post.
I have some unique Theismann items I thought I would share if you guys are interested.
Here is a quick shot of his MVP trophy.

Howard Wolf's Tug McGraw World Series Ring is one of the coolest items I've seen here.

How did you acquire this trophy?

Actually, I think the trophy was from Theismann's 1982 Man of the Year Award for community service. Theismann won the MVP in 1983. Interesting piece though.

Very nice helmet. However, it doesn't appear to be the same helmet from the magazine photo. There are marks and missing paint chips in the photo that do not appear on the actual helmet. Had it been the other way around I would have thought that over time this could have occurred.

He reversed the photo, see the warning label, he's showing you the opposite side of the lid for some odd reason.

Didn't even pick up on that. Nice catch. The warning label on the back and in the ear flap are reading backwards.

imo lots to like about that helmet. as far as the flipping of the image is concerned, i've done the same for the sake of a quick comparison - and i find it hard to believe he was attempting to pull anything over on anyone...
