Why is the jersey database not updated?

Question for the mods I guess...unless I missed the answer that was publisuzed in the forum? The jersey database that was to be filled with submissions during a contest in 2006 seems to missing may items? I provided a han dfull of Jays jerseys (or team script tagging partials) and only one such pic comes up wehn you searhc by team?

No big deal...but it seems that this would be a great resource to utilize.
