seems this is becoming more and more common on ebay - a helmet with a player's sig automatically becomes that player's game used helmet. there is a "game issue" faulk helmet also currently listed on ebay - it has faulk's sig so it must be his helmet. it isn't. and bettis wore schutt, not riddell pictured above.

i contacted the seller to let him know that bettis never wore a riddell, that he was a schutt man. the seller's response? "thanks for the heads ups - i forgot to mention that it was a schutt helmet in the ebay ad."
