    Visited the LOUISVILLE SLUGGER MUSEUM??

Just wondering if anyone has had a chance to visit the factory/museum? I was in Louisville, KY this weekend with my girlfriend visiting her sister and somehow convinced them both to take the factory tour with me.

One more thing. They had this 2006 AROD Mother's Day bat on display.

The actually factory tour was interesting. They take you through the small factory and explain various steps involved in the bat fabrication process. They have interesting trivial facts they throw in from time to time. For instance, the spokesperson said that all pro ball player bats are made at the Louisville facility ONLY. He went on further to say that because the MLB teams bulk order their individual player bats, the bats actually end up costing around $50.

They rest facility was disappointing. There was short introductory film that talk about hitting a basball as the most difficult thing to do in sports. It was really corny.

I expected to be awed by their baseball bat memorabilia. They had little to none on display.
