Tom Rathman Game Used Jersey

I have written this guy a few times trying to explain to him that his jersey isn't game used. He claims he had a letter, but somehow managed to lose it. He has pretty much acknowledged that it isn't game used, but hasn't changed his auction description.

Just wanted to point it out to everyone that it has retail tagging. He would probably get close to what he is getting now even if he didn't list it as game used, but I guess the thought of a few extra dollars keeps him from being honest about it.

The seller revised his auction. You just have to know how to explain the legalities of mail fraud
