I market game used equipment for several clients represented by Nick's agent and have access to his equipment as well. Everything comes with letters of authenticity from Nick's agent. I have an alternate and road Nick Swisher jersey, with original A's COAs, from A's Fanfest. The A's charged me $600 per jersey. I would sell them for $675 each, and include an original Fanfest program and memorabilia sale pricelist.
