lift a corner slightly with a razor and use some goo gone. that will loosen the glue and not tear the sticker. i use that all the time for stickers like that.

Won it in Feb but it was delivered today. GU lineup card from Clay Buchholz MLB debut and 1st victory- signed by M Scioscia. Won it on MLB auctions for $150. The Angels handled the auction perfectly, processing the payment right away, calling me the next day to confirm the shipping address and supplying a team LOA. I tried to secure a card from this game through Steiner shortly after the game was played but they never received it. I was told that the manager usually gives it to the player and that was probably what happened. Was willing to pay a lot more for it.

Andres Gallaraga Cards bat...circa 1992 Worth. Picked up locally in the STL area. Very excited about this one. Great red bat rack streaks, ball marks - slight deadwood and uncracked. Wish we had him longer than one season.

that is the reason why i mentioned that the jersey could be from 2006 because i won a ND #49 blue jersey from cstv auction and it was titled as notre dame game used 2007 #49 blue jersey. but it was tagged 06-42. I would think the notre dame fans will rather the 2006 ND jerseys than 2007 ND jerseys

Talk about grabbing the best of the best jerseys from recent ND stars - Zibby and the Shark. Nice work. If you have a specific want list of ND stuff, let me know, and I'll keep you posted if I come across any of the stuff. Alternatively, if you decide to move stuff, let me know (I saw your Bobby Taylor Eagles listed in the for sale section, and was tempted).

As for your other question, my understanding (I don't know this for a fact) is that they previously issued 2 home and 2 away in each mesh style (aka they used to use an open mesh weave and a micro or closed mesh weave when they had champion jerseys). However, given the fact that the university is actively selling jerseys now through both Steiner and CSTV, I would not be surprised if more exist for each player (maybe 3 home, 3 away + special issues like the green). Also, I think the players can buy at least one of their home jerseys (I believe the seniors are still given one of their home jerseys), and I know they get their bowl jerseys to keep (at least they have in recent past).

yeah i didnt say Notre Dame is recycling the 2006 jerseys for 2007 season, and what i was trying to say is that the title on cstv auction was wrong and i got the 2006 #49 jersey, i was glad it was notre dame 2006 jersey.....not the 2007 jersey !beavisrules, you are right they do make mistake on cstv auctions and i was also surprised that steiners sent notre dame game jerseys to cstv and they went really lower than what they listed on the steiners.com or steiners auction.

Picked up this great Jack Clark bat gamer from Scott Sweet @gamebats...
Interesting model - D123...fat handle, long shaft and big barrel. Knob is almost non-existent. It is an 85-89 bat, and it has the typical red paint on it that most Cards bats have from the Old Busch batbox...not 100% though.

It looks like there was some tape around the barrel at some point, so it was likely a BP bat, but Oh well - I loved Clark as a kid, and for the price it was god for me - filled a big hole in my collection.

Just got this Vladi gamer in the mail today and it was like Christmas in March. LS from the 2004 season used to hit his 39th and final homer of the season. It is the bat that "Won the West" and Vladi the 2004 MVP. The seller used to have an Angel's blog and this bat was pictured there. I always admired it and never thought he would sell it. When he did, I jumped all over it.

Well -

Here it is...the bat I have been waiting for. Has zero use - not important. Personally, all that matters is that it is a game model and the inscription.
Whiten was very exciting in STL and had his breakout (and best) offensive season here. I was a far greater fan of his arm. Cards fans were spoiled with the arm of McGee - who had an absolute hose from center...but Whiten came with a Howitzer. Thanks to my buddy Bill (Redbird64) for the assist.

I have to disagree, and steal is the wrong word.

When someone is selling something for $15, and they get $15 or more, I'm sure they are satisfied.

1999 V. Guerrero L.S. Lots of Black Ink Transfers & Heavy Seam Marks, Both sides of Barrel. Has 5-6 Good Red Transfers also. Is this possibly an All-Star used Bat? I`ve searched Getty, Corbis, Icon & can only find 1 pic of him, standing in the "line-up" Any ideas of other sites to find All-Star pics???

Got a from pitcher Otey Clark of the Louisville Colonels of the American Association. Hat dates between 1946 and 1947. Otey was the first professional ballplayer I ever met as he lived not very far from me when I was a kid.

To be sure it was his hat I sent Otey pictures of it. He confirmed that it is indeed his old hat. Lucky for me he would write his name inside his hats. It was pretty easy for him to say it was his based upon seeing his handwritten name.

Just got this in today.....it's a birthday present from my parents for my 18th birthday.....Willy Taveras game worn 2006 Dominican Republic WBC jersey. My favorite part of the jersey is the blood stains :D . Once I get the DVD from the game it came from (March 12th vs. Puerto Rico) I'll hopefully get some nice photomatches and figure out where the blood came from.

Broncos Riley Odoms 1978 home jersey - it was listed incorrectly on Ebay so I got it for a song!

Couple of nice broken bats from the Orioles/Pirates minor league game today in Sarasota. The McCutchen was awesome to get, glad I got him to sign it too. :D

I also got a Louisville Slugger Pro Model that was broken as well, I dunno who's it was though. Not much wear on it.

I got this in yesterday. Vlad Guerrero 2004 jersey from Rob Steinmetz at All Authentic. I have had my eye on this for a long time. It is also my first game used jersey. Thanks Rob for making it an easy transaction.
