Looks like it started with "15" on the knob and someone later converted that to "47" maybe?Jeff Scott

Always something with this company, and it really has change my outlook on their products. Before I came to this board I thought they were one of the trusted companies, but with all the problems I try to avoid their products now. It just is not worth the questions or problems.Looking for: Joey Votto game used items.

Re: What is on the knob of this bat?
The only time I would pick up something from them if I knew who there source was of where they got it from.
I would say most if not all there Yankees items are legit such as Sheffield, Ruben Sierra, Melky, Cano, Betitmit, Gary Carter, Darryl Strawberry,
Because they all have the same agent and get it from him.
Which would include also autographed stuff from Yankees/Mets.
Other things they sell with out question you have to do your homework on.Comment

Re: What is on the knob of this bat?
The funny thing is, other than the writing on the knob and the phantom signature, everything else about the bat looks good. Scott Scudder was #47 for the Reds at the time, I think. Maybe he got one of Braggs' bats?Comment
