I refuse to deal with those people. I actually broke down at one point and was going to pay an exorbitant price for a Luis Gonzalez bat, but they couldn't be bothered to send me a photo, and before they got around to it the bat had been sold. Their prices are outrageous and their customer service sucks.Jeff
