Mets Jersey ? Help

Has anyone seen a jersey like this. It has no year tag or name

Hi there,

That is a minor league Mets jersey. The sleeves have a single orange stripe; the Mets never wore this on field. The closest thing they ever wore to this was back in the early to mid 80s, but there were always 3 alternating color sleeve stripes; never one.
