I got a gut feeling they are real but its hard to say because the picture is too small to get a good look at them.
Here is only belief but can really go either way.
Scenario #1
He has common names and superstars
Commons such as Ferdin Tejada a Yankee Top Prospect a few years ago but never made it up to the bigs.
So why would have someone like Ferdin Tejada in a bulk lot with a Ripken and Jeter unless hes telling the truth right???
Scenario #2
He had a bulk lot of common game used and threw in some fake bats of big names to hopefully makle the lot sell for more????
as i understand it, length and weight are crucial to determining authenticity of bats. knob markings are also important. given that these lack all 3 determinants, i don't know how anyone could make an accurate judgement.
I don't doubt the minor leaguers, I was wondering about the bigger names. Still a good deal assuming all the minor ones are real, and at least one big name is real. But, if one big name is fake, then I don't know
