Anyone know who has this Merton Hanks game used helmet? Anyone here buy it?

I was in contact with the consignor prior to him sending it AMI, but he never told me about the letter from Coates. I really want this helmet and hoping someone here might be able to help me get it! If you have it or know who might have it please let me know.
