OT- Board Time

When I'm logged in, the time is correct. When logged out, it's 2 hours off. Any insights?

my guess:

default time (for non-logged in users) = a timezone other than your local one.

once you log in, the system displays the timezone you've selected in your profile. without logging in, it doesn't know your local timezone so it displays a default, which just happens not to be yours.

The Dophins are a storied program who had a bad season last year. Which is different that a bad program who had another bad year.
