NBA Game Used Help Needed!

I just acquired a pair of 2006-2007 Dwight Howard game worn shoes. I have style matched them to the following games:

Needless to say, I can safely say Howard used these shoes for road games with the one exception being the game against the 76ers where the Magic wore their black throwback jerseys.

My question is this, does anyone know how many shoes a player goes through during the course of a season? I would assume they don't use 82 different shoes but I'd like to be able to pinpoint more specifically which games they were used in. I don't have them in hands yet but when I do I'll examine them and see if there's any scuff marks that I would be able to photomatch. By the way, I emailed the seller and he claims he obtained them from the ball boy of the Miami Heat.

Honestly, he probably wore them a game or two at most. I've heard that most players use a new pair about every game. Game used shoes, nowadays, are not very rare.

Thanks for the reply! I'm not concerned about the rarity of the shoes since the Orlando Magic are my favorite NBA team and Dwight Howard is my favorite player on the team so its just cool obtaining something worn by him. I was just trying to pinpoint a close date as to when he might of worn them. As I stated previously, the seller did tell me he obtained them from the Miami Heat ball boy so I'm assuming they would have probably been worn on 11/24/06 when they played the Heat but its hard to tell.
