Jorge Posda complete catcher's gear

I have a chance to buy Posda's complete catcher's gear from spring training this year shin gears, chest protector and face mask. Does anyone have a value on this?

I have seen a similar set, from the 2004 regular season, on sale at the Steiner store in Westbury, NY, for $ 8 K

IMO a ridiculously high amount.

It was there for a year or so, I dont know if it sold for that amount.
