Grey Flannel Larry Bird Jersey??

Supposedly this jersey is from the 1983-84 Championship season. The only problem is it is missing an important tag. It only has the one tag. It has the size tag but not the Exclusive tag. It should have two tags. Of course, it came from a dentist of the team so it must be real.

Yea, I know. The point is I've never seen a Celtics gamer from the 80's with only one tag. It should have both those tags you see in the scan I added.

I enlarged the pic to try to read the autographs, I can not find where Bird even signed this jersey?????
