Carlos Pena bats

On ebay there's on sale the following Pena's Zinger bat:

It's signed by Pena as game used 2007 and has #30 inscribed on the knob or on top of the barrell (I sent a question to the seller but didn't get any answer). A couple of weeks ago there was another Pena's Zinger up for grab that had #30 both on the knob and on top of the barrell. Other two game used Pena's bats ,on sale now, have #23 on the knob (Pena's uniform number). Trying to find some evidence on the Getty's site, I found a picture of july 2007 of Pena swinging a bat with #17 on the knob. Can someone please shed some light on Pena's habits ?

Stefan I can tell you this much the source it is coming from is very good he has been in this business a very long time. He is Pena's memorabilia agent.

As far as the use of actual bats it is possible maybe another player was going to use it but didnt or just plain and simple maybe another player did use his bat and maybe Pena didnt realize it, grabbed the bat with a bunch of others and signed them all as game used by him.
