Bat question for BMH:

This may be a dumb question, but I was wondering and couldn't find the answer elsewhere: what is the "9" for in the M9 and B9 bats? Is there any significance to the number 9?

If memory serves me correctly it stands for 9 players. Though our tour guides say 9 players or 9 innings.
