Here is the message i got back from the guy who bought the Jeter at first.

Hi, was wondering if you had issues with the A-rod bat why you left positive feedback? Did seller initially balked at a refund/return even though in your auction it stated a 3 day satisfaction return policy? If so I had the same issues. Unbelievable the seller has already relisted the Jeter bat even though I just shipped it back today. The Jeter bat in my opinion is a great autographed game model bat, not game used. It does not exhibit game used characteristics. Here are my reasons: 1) COA from Rick Rizzs (Mariners broadcaster) states an autographed bat. Makes no reference to game used. 2) From the auction program there were no game used bats listed, just autographed bats. I did not receive a bid list for this bat. 3) There are no ball marks/indentions or ball stitch markings on the bat. 4) No cleat marks. 5) No evidence of Mota stick on the bat handle. 6) No marking on the bat knob. Too clean of a bat to be a game used. Probably would not pass PSA/DNA game used standards. What were the issues with your A-rod bat?
