    Help with a Football Helmet

    Hello everyone,

I am new to this forum and mailly collect Hockey jerseys.

I have a question regarding a Chicago Bears Football helmet I have posted on eBay. I was told this is Fake via an email response and of course it was not signed. This is a cpy of the email: " clark071blue is a potential buyer. This is a fake. The helmet logo in 1994 was different than the one shown. Most people wouldn't know the difference. Plus the fact that you can't say whose helmet it is makes it all the more obvious. Nice try.
I do not want to sell or misrepresent any item that I list. I would appreciate you opinions and responses. The ebay link for the Bears Helmet: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MESE%3AIT&rd=1.

I also have an LA Avengers helmet posted: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MESE%3AIT&rd=1

There are enough bad things that go on in this hobby. I DO NOT want to contribute.

Thank you in advance for your comments either Negative or Positive.

Thanks guys. I agree with both of you. jim had the helmet listed on his web site and he does know his stuff.

I hate accusatory eBay emails. i guess that is just ebay and I will just have to not let it bother me as much.

Thanks for the posts so far and kep the comming.

I'm not sure what other logo he is talking about. Here is a picture of different views of the logo.
