Hello
Any one know where i can find any photos of Lou Piniella from game 6 of the 1977 world series. Maybe someone heres has color slides or wire photos. I have tried the video but cant get a good close-up view of the bat during his At-bats. Getty has 3 but still no good. Thanks

Got ya! I dont know if you were the seller or the buyer, but I actually corresponded with him a time or two while the bat was up. Asked him what the model number was on the knob. He was saying there wasnt one, but you could obviously tell from the pics that there was. It was a nice looking bat.

I'm the one who bought it, i put some better photos in the june pickup thread. It's from the 1974 season(shipping records) which is still great. but over all i think its one of the nicest piniella gamers.

Yeah, it looked nice. For some reason, I just couldnt get the model number out of him. Kept saying nothing was there. It was there, just too fuzzy for me to see. Wasnt too sure if it was going to be an inch mark, so I said the heck with it. Nice pick up anyways. I'll check out the pics.
