How can you tell if a Mizuno bat is game issued or a store model bat?

    Hello,

How can you tell if a Mizuno bat is a game issed player model bat or a store issue player model bat? Any differences in what is labeled? I know some Ichiro name model bats are on ebay, but Ichiro's pro model bats either say "Seatle Mariner" below the name or have nothing below the name, whereas these name model bats on ebay say "Seattle" under his name. I am just curious as I am not very familiar with Mizuno bats.

Any help with this would be great!

      Hi Brain -

On more recent bats, Mizuno uses "CLASSIC" on retail bats and

"Pro Limited" on professional bats. Ash store bats have an ash leaf on the knob and maple bats have a maple leaf (stickers).

That's what I know. Hope it helps.

I have also seen So Taguchi Cardinals minor league bats that do not have his name on them...
