Is there any player schedule/listing yet for 2008 MLB All Star Fan Fest in NYC?

Never been to one of these All Star Fanfests so what actually goes on in it? A lot of player signings? Cheap? Expensive? I'll be in New York City that week......already got a ticket for the Yankees/Red Sox game on July 4th!
