I'm not expert on Pirate jerseys, but I'm pretty sure the Rawlings tag is a retail version. The tell tale sign is the lack of a size on the tag.

The Rawlings tag is from the 1995-1996 era. I emailed the seller and advised him of this. He sold it anyway and never replied to my email. I hope someone goes after him for fraud.
