Lets hear your surprise break-out players

As a Los Angeles Dodgers fan my surprise break-out player is Blake DeWitt he has played a solid thirdbase and is contributing with his bat. As a quick bandaid replacement he has shown he belongs in the major leagues. Lets hear your teams break-out or surprise players

The Tampa Bay Rays. Amazing what a name change can do for a team!

In 1982, I beat my best friend's older brother in Breakout, so that was a surprise.
Seriously, DeWitt sounds good. I only listen to the Dodgers on the radio. I like to keep some mystery alive. But, they say good things about him.

I'll agree with the whole Tampa Bay Rays team.

If we are going by other personal teams, it has to be Edinson Volquez, leading the NL in ERA has about 10 wins on a very bad team and I think he is second in strike outs? Another surprise I have to give props to Jerry Hariston Jr, the guy has been playing out of his mind for the Reds.
Looking for: Joey Votto game used items.

              1. Josh Hamilton
              2. Josh Hamilton
              3. Josh Hamilton

I don't think there were too many who expected this type of season out of him so far.
