I have never seen this before...! Any Info?

I found this Rod Carew bat and have not seen anything like it before. The bat looks like it is from the late 60's. Where it would say "Genuine" on the barrell it has "Special". On the 125 in the H&B logo, it has "125S" What kind of bat is this? On the bottom of the knob it has RCS2. Any help would be great!
