Does anyone know if there are any special events planned for the last regular season games scheduled at Yankee Stadium September 19, 20 and 21?

I heard for the last game they are going to try to bring back every living yankee. Which would be alot of players. I still need to buy my tickets to the final game even if they dont make the playoffs it will still be a special day.
