Elastic waist band for older game pants

Hi - Does anyone know of a source for repairing or providing replacement elastic waist bands for 70-80's era game pants. I know these pants are hard to come by in the collector arena, so finding replacement waist bands in matching colors may be a challenge. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Even a source for the material would be helpful.
