I was just using the eBay Authenticator Pre-Certified forum to list a PSA/DNA certified item, and I noticed James Spence Authentication aka JSA is no longer available in this feature. Has anyone heard anything about this that may explain why their service is no longer accepted by eBay?

I see PSA/DNA, Global Authentication, Steiner Sports, Tristar Productions, Online Authentics, Upper Deck Authenticated and Mounted Memories are the only authenticators they offer anymore.

I would be interested to hear why JSA is no longer listed.

For those who do not know about this part of eBay, follow this link to read about the APC section: http://pages.ebay.com/apc/welcome.html

Doesn't he know work for/with Upper Deck? Maybe that's why. Just a guess

Very odd, their website is up so I presume they are still in business, and they are generally viewed significantly higher than GAI for example. What's the Upper Deck deal?

eBay's categories are sometimes cockeyed. This may be corrected in the near future.

My mistake. JSA is authenticating with Beckett, not Upper Deck.

I did some homework about my concerns, and it appears JSA never was on the eBay Authenticator Pre-Certified list to begin with. My error.
