can some of you give feedback on this jersey, I'm not sure if this is real because it doesnt' have any extra length on this and all other game jerseys I've seen of Wade are 52+4". thank you

First, I think perhaps you answered your own question. If you know that most game issued jerseys have an extra length tag, then I would stay away. It seems as though you have done your research. So I would say to trust what you know.
As far as the location, I can't speak for the other member. But perhaps they were referring to the fact that you can obtain this type of stuff in those countries.
