David Ortiz 2006 HR Derby Bat on ebay???

I noticed this David Ortiz bat on ebay and the seller stated that it was used in the 2006 HR derby. The only problem is Ortiz used a Rawlings bat with a black barrel and red handle for the 2006 HR derby. He did use a blonde B9 bat in the 2005 HR Derby and I own that bat from that derby, the bat is photo matched to several gety images photos that I ordered.

Here's the 2006 HR derby bat and the 2005 bat:

I contacted the seller and he said he got the bat at the 2005 HR derby, not the 2006 derby as listed on eBay. He was told it was the bat used by Ortiz in the 2005 HR derby. I told him that I own the 05 derby bat and provided pics of Ortiz hitting at the 2005 HR derby and you can see in the action photos the bat has no number the knob, the bat he listed has #34 written on the knob. The seller agreed with me and said he would change the listing.
