The Cardinals wore them today, along with the green caps. They did the same last year, then sold the caps and jerseys at the stadium gift shop (except for the star jerseys, which were auctioned).

The San Diego Padres wore green hats today, and it appeared that the Seattle Mariners wore blue jerseys with green at the shoulders. I will confirm that tomorrow .

Blue Jays wore green jerseys & caps v. the Reds.

The Phillies also wore a St. Patricks's day jersey and hat. The hats are generally thrown into the stands after the game. The jerseys are hard to come by. They haven't released more than a couple of the ones they wore last year.

The Mariners only wore special Green Hats, the jerseys are the 2006 BP jerseys that were unvield earlier this year. As far as I can tell the panels didn't seem to be any different. Also a story was mentioned on the Mariners website about them wearing specials hats for the Padres game, nothing was mentioned about any special jerseys.
